what chinese new year means for me

when refering to the spring festival,well,our chinese new
year,some one thinks of the big family gettoghter,other
call up the creepy memory of the annual cctv celebrition.
as for me,that the new semester begins.what else good
does the chinese new year brings to me?or, what BAD
staffs else does it bring?who knows.
